A trippy shooter-platformer set on a news channel inside your television.

I started this for Unexpected Jam 2020, but we couldn't finish it in time for the jam, so I kept working on it slowly over the following months.

Update (March 2021): I finished a playable version of the game.

At first, the main mechanics were just jumping and shooting, which made the game basic and boring. That's why I hadn't made much progress for a few months.

While playing around with the controls, I thought it would be interesting if you could steer the bullet after shooting. That became the focus for a month: you could hit things in odd places by maneuvering the bullet to them.

Then one day I had another idea: hold the X key after shooting to steer the bullet, and when you release it, the player teleports to the bullet's position.

This created some really interesting scenarios and puzzles, so it became the main mechanic and the whole game revolves around it.

If it looks interesting, please give it a play on itch.io.
